Chris Eastman


Chris is responsible for all aspects of real estate development including site selection, market and feasibility analysis, acquisition, permitting, design and construction, property and asset management, financial analysis, and project cost control.  During Chris’ 26 year career, he has amassed construction and development experience including Class A office, residential (for sale and for lease), institutional, mixed-use urban, and waterfront development of more than 8,000,000 square feet totaling $1.2 billion.  Chris has a passion for building construction and oversees all phases of our multifamily and commercial development projects from conception to occupancy. His personal high quality standards ensures that Echelon is delivering product that is unparalleled in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Echelon, Chris worked for Batson-Cook’s Tampa Division as a Project Executive.  In this role he was responsible for preparing yearly strategic business plans and helped lead the company to a four year revenue growth with profit margins that consistently exceeded expectations.  Chris has also worked for Holder Construction Company as a Senior Project Manager.

Chris earned a BS in Building Construction from the University of West Florida and holds a current Florida General Contractor’s License.  Chris is a member of the US Green Building Council, Tampa Bay Builder’s Association, St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, and the Pinellas County Economic Development Council.
